Our research directions
Relevant knowledge, experience and commitments. We explore how they can persist, be corrected and remain useful over time.
Personal and shared knowledge serve different purposes. We work on relevance, source context and the boundaries between them.
Useful initiative requires limits. Our work on Aisha explores how context can support action while keeping people in control.
How we share our work
We want our writing to make the work easier to examine: what we set out to understand, how we approached it, what the evidence supports and what remains open.
Research notes, product demonstrations and evaluated results are different kinds of evidence. We will label them accordingly.
