Privacy Policy
How OMVY collects, uses, and protects personal data. Last updated 30 May 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how OMVY (“OMVY,” “we,” “us”) handles personal data in connection with our website and our products, Lashley and Aisha. For data we process on behalf of a client deployment, the client is the data controller and OMVY acts as processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
What we collect
- Contact data you provide (name, email, organization) when you contact us or join the Lashley waitlist.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how this website is used.
- Deployment data: within a client engagement, processed strictly per that engagement's agreement and scoped to its isolated memory boundary.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, manage waitlist access, operate and improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and memory is never pooled across client deployments.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Persistent memory does not override these rights: records can be exported in open formats and erased on request. To exercise a right, contact [email protected].
Data transfers & residency
EU-resident processing is available for European engagements, with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) for any cross-border transfer.
