Your context.
Your choice of AI.
Bring relevant memory into connected assistants instead of rebuilding your background with each one.
Lashley is the AI memory layer for people and teams. Carry relevant knowledge between connected assistants, and share the context others need to continue.
“What did we decide in the meeting three weeks ago?”
You decided to start with small teams. Simpler handovers were the priority. The next step: test a shorter onboarding flow.
Built for continuity
The useful part of a conversation is often bigger than its last answer. It is the decision you reached, the reason behind it, and what you agreed to do next. Lashley gives that context a place to continue.
Bring relevant memory into connected assistants instead of rebuilding your background with each one.
Give a teammate the project knowledge they need to continue, without sharing your entire personal history.
Keep track of what applies now, what applied before, and where a decision came from.
Context handoff / In development
A file tells someone what you made. The right context helps them understand why—and what to do next.
A project worth carrying forward
Keep the useful context
The decision, its reasoning and the next step travel together.
Project contextStart with the context someone needs to pick up the work.
Personal and shared memory
Your preferences belong to you. Shared decisions belong in the right team context. Lashley keeps those scopes distinct, so shared knowledge does not have to mean shared everything.
Personal
Preferences, saved ideas, past experiences and open commitments—available to the connected AI you choose.
Shared
Decisions, source notes and working rules, shared deliberately with people who have the right access.
Memory through time
A useful memory should distinguish yesterday’s plan from today’s. Preserve the history, recover the relevant context and return to the source when a summary is not enough.
Read the technical reportThe original plan, agreed in the project meeting.
Moved to include the latest feedback. The earlier decision remains in the history.
The planned experience identifies connected work that may need review after a decision changes. A reason to check—not an automatic rewrite.
Beyond the desk / In development
We’re developing Siri access to bring personal and authorized team memory into the moments when opening a laptop makes no sense.
Ask about a meeting. Find the idea you saved. Return to the source.
“What did we decide
three weeks ago?”
The decision. The reason.
The source to return to.
A memory you can work with
Follow supported memories back to retained source notes and passages.
Review conflicting information and update it while preserving relevant history.
Keep personal and team scopes separate, with explicit destinations and access rules.
Export your memory in an open format. Compatibility and import support depend on the receiving tool.
A few clear answers
Lashley is OMVY’s personal and shared memory system for connected AI tools. It brings relevant knowledge, decisions, preferences and commitments into the context an assistant can use.
No. Lashley supplies memory to connected experiences. Aisha is the agent OMVY is developing inside its products; it has a different role.
No. Sharing context does not make models identical. Their capabilities and responses can still differ; the goal is to provide the relevant authorized context without rebuilding it manually.
No. Access depends on supported integrations, retained source material and your permissions. A source-backed memory is not a universal browser for every attachment or application.
Cross-model memory keeps relevant knowledge separate from a single AI assistant. Lashley brings that knowledge into supported tools, so changing assistants does not have to mean rebuilding your background. Each connection still depends on integration support and your permissions.
Project decisions, source notes and working rules have a shared destination. Authorized teammates can use that context in their own connected AI tools, while personal memory remains separate. Explore shared memory for teams.
Lashley’s bi-temporal architecture distinguishes when a fact applies from when it became known to the system. This supports questions about current facts, past events and earlier beliefs. The technical report explains the architecture, evaluation and its limits.
Lashley is preparing for beta. Supported connections and release scope will be confirmed with access. Guided Context Handoff, Siri access and Change Impact are part of the product direction and are still planned.
